Muscle-up Clinic Ring or Bar
The Muscle-up clinic is 2 hours long, starting at 8 AM on October 21st. The clinic is designed to help you develop the skills and technique required to get your first muscle-up or to improve on the muscle-up skills you already have. We will be covering both strict and kipping ring muscle-ups. Anyone is welcome to join us for this clinic, no matter where you are at in your fitness Journey we can help you start developing the right skills to get a bar or ring muscle-up.
