The running clinic is scheduled for September 16th from 8-10 am and will cover running mechanics and body posture to help each individual become a more efficient runner. We will also talk about pacing and breathing to help improve your shorter sprints and your longer runs. This clinic is for anyone, you do not have to be member at Sycamore CrossFit to join. We will cap the class at 12 people to ensure you get plenty of coaching time and practice with eyes on you. Come dressed to run and wear your typical running shoes, there is no right or wrong shoe to wear during this clinic other than brand new shoes.
